ChargeClub Reaches 25 Programs as FLO Announces Long-Awaited EV Charging Rewards
ChargeClub has reached 25 listed Canadian EV charging reward programs, with FLO becoming the latest addition and introducing rewards for both eligible home and public charging.

Three months after starting with 10 programs in July 2026, ChargeClub has reached a new milestone: 25 EV charging reward programs listed across Canada.
The 25th addition is particularly noteworthy. FLO, one of Canada's established EV charging network and equipment providers, has announced its new FLO Reward Program, giving electric vehicle owners an opportunity to earn rewards for eligible charging at home and on FLO's public charging network.
For owners of FLO home chargers who have been waiting for a compatible rewards program, this is especially welcome news.
A long-awaited option for FLO charger owners
Since ChargeClub launched, one recurring question from visitors has been whether their FLO home chargers qualify for charging reward programs.
Until now, the answer was generally no. Existing programs typically required specific compatible chargers or integrations, leaving FLO owners with limited options unless they replaced their charging equipment.
FLO's announcement changes that.
Beginning November 2, 2026, eligible owners of FLO Home X3, X5, X6 and X8 chargers will be able to enroll in the new program and earn 10¢ per eligible kWh of home charging.
Importantly, owners of these compatible chargers will not need to replace their existing equipment to participate. The FLO Home G5 is not included among the eligible chargers.
For a household charging 3,500 eligible kWh annually, the 10¢/kWh rate could represent approximately $350 in annual rewards, subject to the program's eligibility requirements.
Earn rewards at home and on the road
Unlike programs focused exclusively on residential charging, FLO's new rewards program also covers eligible public charging sessions.
According to FLO's announcement, participants can earn 10¢ per eligible kWh at both home and public FLO charging stations, with one consistent reward rate from day one.
This means the program is not limited to electricity consumed at home. Eligible charging sessions on FLO's public network can also contribute to accumulated rewards.
The addition of public charging rewards is particularly interesting because most programs currently compared by ChargeClub focus primarily on residential charging.
How and when can rewards be used?
Enrollment for the FLO Reward Program is scheduled to open on November 2, 2026, with rewards beginning to accumulate once eligible participants join.
FLO has announced two ways to use accumulated rewards:
- Starting spring 2027: Use rewards through FLO Wallet to pay for charging on FLO's public network.
- Starting fall 2027: Request cash payouts of accumulated rewards.
FLO indicates that additional details will be provided ahead of each launch. These dates are planned rather than guaranteed.
Importantly, earning rewards from eligible public charging and using accumulated rewards to pay for public charging are two separate benefits of the program.
An additional benefit: lifetime warranty
The FLO Reward Program also introduces a warranty benefit for participating home charger owners.
Owners who enroll a connected FLO Home X3, X5, X6 or X8 will have their charger's standard warranty extended for as long as the rewards program operates and they remain enrolled.
FLO states that covered defects will be repaired or the charger replaced, subject to the applicable warranty conditions.
This additional protection may be particularly appealing to FLO owners who already have compatible equipment.
From 10 to 25 programs in three months
ChargeClub's directory started in July 2026 with 10 programs, designed to help Canadians discover and compare rewards available for charging their electric vehicles at home.
By late August, the directory had grown to 20 programs. With the addition of FLO, it now contains 25 listings, representing 150% growth since launch.
The expanding directory reflects the growing number of companies offering incentives connected to EV charging in Canada.
However, not every program is available to every driver. Eligibility varies by province, charger model, vehicle compatibility and program requirements. Some programs also have future enrollment or reward dates.
ChargeClub helps make these differences easier to understand through its bilingual program directory and free calculator, which estimates potential charging rewards over a 10-year period.
