ChargeClub provides independently researched information about Canadian EV home-charging reward programs offered by third parties.

ChargeClub does not operate the reward programs listed on the site and is not owned or controlled by any program provider.

The information on ChargeClub is provided for general informational and comparison purposes. It is not financial, legal or tax advice.

ChargeClub may have commercial relationships, sponsorships, referral arrangements or other compensation with program providers. Any such relationship is disclosed and does not determine how programs are evaluated, verified or presented.

Reward programs listed on ChargeClub are operated by third parties.

ChargeClub does not control enrollment decisions, eligibility determinations, reward calculations, payments, program changes, suspensions or cancellations.

If you enroll in a program, your relationship is with the program provider and is subject to that provider's own terms, policies and eligibility requirements.

Always review the provider's current terms before enrolling.

ChargeClub makes reasonable efforts to present program information accurately and to identify when information was last verified or reviewed.

Program details can change without notice. Reward rates, bonuses, eligibility rules, geographic availability, charger compatibility, hardware requirements, payout methods, promotions and other conditions may change between ChargeClub reviews.

Information may also be incomplete, outdated or affected by changes that have not yet been published or communicated to ChargeClub.

Always confirm information that is important to your decision directly with the program provider before enrolling, purchasing hardware or taking other action based on information shown on ChargeClub.

If you find information that appears incorrect or outdated, you can use ChargeClub's Report a correction option.

A Provider Verified label means the organization operating the program has directly reviewed the ChargeClub listing and confirmed the information shown, providing corrections or clarifications where necessary.

Provider Verified is not an endorsement or an independent audit. ChargeClub does not test provider hardware and does not independently confirm that any particular participant received a payment.

A Self-reported by provider listing is based on information published by the provider, such as its website, terms, FAQ or other official materials, but the provider has not directly reviewed and confirmed the ChargeClub listing.

ChargeClub does not guarantee that you will qualify for a program, remain eligible after enrolling, earn a particular amount or receive a payment.

Reward rates, credit values, bonuses, thresholds, payout schedules, eligibility requirements and program availability may change.

Any reward estimate or comparison shown on ChargeClub is informational and should not be treated as a guarantee of future earnings.

Charger compatibility information on ChargeClub is provided to help users compare program requirements.

Compatibility may depend on the charger model, generation, firmware, configuration, network enrollment, purchase source, installation requirements or other conditions imposed by a provider.

A charger brand shown as compatible does not necessarily mean that every model from that brand qualifies.

When ChargeClub indicates that compatibility needs confirmation, you should verify your specific charger with the provider before enrolling.

OCPP support by itself does not guarantee that a charger is accepted by a particular program.

Program availability can vary by province or territory.

ChargeClub distinguishes between availability that has been confirmed and availability that has not yet been confirmed.

An indication that availability is unconfirmed does not necessarily mean the program is unavailable. It means ChargeClub does not currently have enough information to present availability in that jurisdiction as confirmed.

Always verify geographic eligibility with the provider before enrolling.

Some programs listed on ChargeClub may generate value through Canada's Clean Fuel Regulations or other environmental credit systems.

ChargeClub does not determine who owns, creates, transfers or claims compliance credits under a provider's program.

The same charging activity generally should not be enrolled in multiple programs that would use that same electricity to create Clean Fuel Regulations compliance credits.

A Clean Fuel Regulations-based reward may be compatible with a separate provincial, utility or other incentive when the rules of those programs allow it.

Users are responsible for reviewing the terms of the programs or incentives they participate in.

ChargeClub links to program providers and other third-party websites for convenience, enrollment and sourcing.

ChargeClub does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, security, products, services or transactions.

A link to a provider or third-party website does not by itself mean ChargeClub endorses that company, product or service.

Some outbound links may be referral or tracked links. ChargeClub may receive compensation when a user follows or acts through certain links. Where applicable, commercial or referral relationships are disclosed.

Compensation does not determine the factual information, verification status or comparison methodology applied to a program.

Use of ChargeClub is also subject to our Privacy information.

Third-party websites linked from ChargeClub have their own privacy policies and practices. ChargeClub does not control how those third parties collect or use information after you leave ChargeClub.

You may use ChargeClub for normal personal, informational and research purposes.

You may not deliberately interfere with the operation or security of the site, attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, misuse forms, submit unlawful or abusive content, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law.

Nothing in this section is intended to prevent normal search-engine crawling, accessibility tools, ordinary linking to ChargeClub or reasonable personal research.

The ChargeClub name, branding, original site design and original editorial content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Provider names, trademarks, logos and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

The appearance of a provider's name, logo, trademark or program information on ChargeClub does not transfer ownership of that material to ChargeClub and does not by itself imply endorsement.

ChargeClub may change, add, remove, suspend or discontinue site features or content without notice.

We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ChargeClub is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from reliance on inaccurate, incomplete or outdated third-party program information, a provider's eligibility decision, failure to pay, change or cancellation of a program, use of a third-party website, or participation in a third-party reward program.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

ChargeClub may update these Terms as the site, its features or its relationships with providers evolve.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.

Your continued use of ChargeClub after an update means that your use of the site is subject to the current version of these Terms.
