About this program
Grizzl-E Club pays cash back per kWh on a tier ladder that rises with lifetime charging and never drops back down. How you join sets where you start. Converting a compatible Grizzl-E you already own costs nothing and starts you at Level 3 (5¢/kWh). An Essentials Club charger comes on a $100 refundable deposit and starts at Level 1 (3¢/kWh). Buying an eligible charger outright also starts at Level 3 (5¢/kWh). Membership itself is free, and warranty and support last as long as it stays active.
Eligibility
EV owners in Canada; no membership fee. Only charging sessions delivering at least 1 kWh earn rewards, and sessions whose data isn't transmitted to United Chargers aren't credited or counted toward tier progress.

You can purchase an eligible charger or convert a compatible Grizzl-E charger you already own by entering its serial number and installing the Club firmware.
All participating chargers must be professionally installed, connected to Wi-Fi and linked through the Grizzl-E Connect app.

Reward levels are based on cumulative lifetime charging and do not drop once reached. Tier increases are not retroactive; after reaching a new threshold, the higher rate applies to future charging sessions.
Thanksgiving Bonus
Eligible members who own their charger earn an additional 5¢/kWh in Thanksgiving Bonus Points on top of their regular Club rewards, bringing the potential total to as much as 15¢/kWh. The current campaign runs from October 1, 2026 to September 30, 2027.
The bonus does not apply to members participating through the Essentials free-charger offer. Thanksgiving Bonus Points accumulate separately from regular cash rewards and will be transferred to the member's cash account on October 1, 2027.
Grizzl-E has told ChargeClub that it expects the Thanksgiving Bonus concept to continue beyond the first year, rather than being a one-year promotion. The bonus offered for the following year will be announced closer to October 2027 and may differ from the current 5¢/kWh offer.
Payout
Minimum withdrawal is $10, limited to once per month, and paid by EFT. Auto-deposit by email through your financial institution is required to receive cash rewards.
Members also earn 1¢/kWh on eligible charging by members they refer; the referred member's own reward is unaffected.
