About this program
Hypercharge Home Club provides eligible Canadian residential customers with a Hypercharge Home Level 2 charger through a $299 refundable-deposit program. Participants earn cash rewards on eligible home charging from the first qualifying session.
Eligibility
Available to eligible Canadian residential customers who have the legal right to install a Hypercharge Home charger at their residence. Homeowners, renters with written permission and townhouse residents may qualify. Wi-Fi and internet connectivity are required for participation. The refundable-deposit Home Club offer is limited to one charger per residential address.

The plug-in configuration requires a compatible NEMA 14-50 outlet. The hardwired configuration must be installed by a licensed electrician.
Wi-Fi and internet connectivity are required so eligible charging sessions can be recorded and verified.
Deposit and upfront cost
Home Club requires a $299 refundable deposit. Shipping is $30 CAD unless otherwise stated at checkout. Installation is not included.
Charger ownership
Ownership of the Hypercharge Home charger transfers to the participant upon delivery.

The 11¢/kWh rate applies only to eligible charging recorded after the 1,500 kWh milestone is reached and verified. It is not retroactive to the first 1,500 kWh.
Deposit refund
The full $299 deposit is refunded after 1,500 kWh of eligible charging is reached and verified. Hypercharge processes the refund within 30 business days after verification.
The 1,500 kWh milestone must be reached within 24 months of the later of the deposit-payment date or charger-delivery date.
Payout
Rewards are paid by Interac e-Transfer once the unpaid reward balance reaches $100. Payouts are processed monthly.
