About this program
Iceberg EV rewards eligible home EV charging in Newfoundland and Labrador at 12¢/kWh. Participants can buy a supported Autel charger through Iceberg or enroll with an eligible Autel charger they already own.
Eligibility
Available to residents of Newfoundland and Labrador with the legal right to install and operate an eligible charger at their property.

All three models are available through Iceberg. Eligible Autel Elite chargers can also be enrolled as bring-your-own, while a participant-owned Autel Lite requires a serial-number check.
The AC Elite 50A and AC Lite Home 50A are hardwired. New bring-your-own enrollments are limited to compatible Autel chargers.
Existing Wallbox participants
Wallbox Pulsar and Pulsar Plus remain supported for existing Iceberg EV participants, but Iceberg no longer accepts new Wallbox enrollments. Existing Wallbox participants keep their current program rate and support.
Ownership and deposit
There is no deposit. The participant owns their charger.
Reward structure details
Reward rate
12¢/kWh
The rebate applies to all eligible energy delivered through the charger while it is connected to the Iceberg EV network, including charging your own vehicle.
Payout
Rewards are paid quarterly by Interac e-transfer, within 25 days after the end of each quarter.
The minimum payout is $50. Balances below $50 carry forward until the running balance reaches the payout threshold.
