About this program
GreenMiles is Pion Power's home-charging rewards program for eligible Flex-AC and Flex-AC Elite charger owners across Canada. Eligible charging recorded through a connected charger earns GreenMiles points at a current advertised value equivalent to 10¢/kWh. The reward value is reviewed annually and depends on verified charging and carbon-credit approval.
Eligibility
Available to eligible GreenMiles members in Canada using a qualifying Pion Power Flex-AC or Flex-AC Elite charger. The charger must be registered in the Pion Power app, connected through Wi-Fi and transmitting eligible charging data. There is no GreenMiles membership fee or deposit.

The GreenMiles sign-up page currently identifies the Flex-AC 40A and Flex-AC Elite 32A/40A as qualifying configurations.
Wi-Fi connectivity and the Pion Power app are required for GreenMiles charging data to be recorded.
Pion Power lists the Flex-AC LE, which reaches the app over a hotspot rather than Wi-Fi, as not eligible for GreenMiles.

Reward structure details
Current reward value
10¢/kWh
GreenMiles currently advertises 1 point per eligible kWh, with 1,000 points redeemable for $100.
Pion Power states that the reward value is reviewed annually and may increase or decrease depending on carbon-credit market conditions and program requirements.
Annual redemption
GreenMiles points are tracked by calendar year. Participants with at least 1,000 eligible points can redeem rewards during the annual redemption period, with payment by cheque.
Balances below 1,000 points carry forward to the next year. For the 2026 earning cycle, Pion Power currently schedules cheque issuance during March 2027.
Thanksgiving 2026 bonus
Through December 31, 2026, GreenMiles members who have passed 5,000 kWh of cumulative eligible charging earn 16¢/kWh on subsequent eligible charging.
The first 5,000 kWh remain at 10¢/kWh. Eligible charging recorded before October 1 counts toward the 5,000 kWh milestone. The higher rate is not retroactive and ends December 31, 2026.

Top-Up Rewards are cumulative and are in addition to the normal cash value of GreenMiles points. The 2026 offer ends December 31, 2026.
