About this program
Soneil Spark Cashback rewards Canadian EV owners for eligible home charging through a connected Soneil Spark charger. The program uses environmental credits generated under Canada's Clean Fuel Regulations to fund charging rewards.
Eligibility
Available to eligible Canadian EV and plug-in hybrid owners or lessees who enroll a new Soneil Spark charger through the program. Requires a suitable 240V electrical connection, Wi-Fi connectivity, and one charger per household. Québec availability is pending confirmation.

A $299 refundable deposit and $25 shipping fee apply. Electrical installation costs are not included.
The charger includes a program lifetime warranty, provided membership remains active, Wi-Fi connectivity is maintained, and at least 30 kWh of charging is recorded per calendar month.
Reward structure details
Earn 6¢/kWh on the first 1,250 kWh of eligible charging. After reaching that threshold, earn 11¢/kWh on subsequent charging. The higher rate is not retroactive.
The $299 deposit is refunded after 1,250 eligible kWh, subject to program conditions. Rewards are paid by Interac e-Transfer or bank deposit once the balance reaches $50.
New customers also qualify for a one-time $20 bonus after the charger is connected and verified.
